About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts for works and services associated with oil and gas facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-award activities including preparing bid invitations, processing bidder queries, and evaluating bids.
  • Administer post-award activities such as conducting kick-off meetings, coordinating contract submittals, and preparing variation orders.
  • Draft Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk management, tax, and accounting personnel to review issues before submission to management.
  • Work as part of a negotiating team to establish contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and ensure business provisions of assigned contracts are administered in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
