  • Handle customer inquiries and issues through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Support clients with account opening procedures, document collection, and record-keeping.
  • Assist customers with trading platform inquiries and provide training on our products and services.
  • Liaise with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints, reporting them to management as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in customer support, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly developed multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
