About the Role

The Equipment Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations for Onesubsea. This position involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and collaborating with field and maintenance crews to prepare equipment for optimal performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Accurate Results: Ensure job deliverables are accurate and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Crew Members: Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain Equipment: Maintain good working order of equipment according to standards, reporting any issues or deviations.
  • Ensure Work Safety: Guarantee individual and crew work safety at all times.
  • Prepare Equipment: Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times as required.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
  • Comply with Policies: Wear PPE and observe HSE policies at all times.
  • Stay Trained: Maintain required safety training to ensure competence.

Minimum Experience: 1 year
