Your Key Accountabilities:

As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the success of our business and making our product viral. You'll spend most of your time on the road to onboard and build strong relationships with leading restaurants.

This includes coordinating all necessary activities to bring a restaurant live onto our platform, delivering exceptional live training to waitstaff on the use of our product, and then supporting them during service. This hands-on experience will provide you with unique insights to define our operations strategy, build processes from scratch, create reports and dashboards to drive insights, set KPIs to measure our success, and more.

Key Requirements:

• Create and maintain an onboarding schedule across your designated area/city and meet all deadlines
• Provide high-quality training to merchants' staff on-site, via phone, and virtually

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant business degree
• Fluent in English & Arabic is essential
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle
• 1-2 years of experience in similar client-facing roles
• Hospitality experience (desired)
• Proven communication/relationship building skills
• The ability to be well organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and work towards tight deadlines
• Proven analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something significant and have a measurable impact for your efforts;
• You are self-motivated and have a result-oriented mindset, you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to achieve your targets.
