We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and brand building, with at least 8 years of experience in the FMCG industry.

About the Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build brand awareness and increase sales. This includes creating effective brand communication that reflects the company's objectives and providing direction to develop and execute product/brand marketing programs.

The role also involves analyzing market research to anticipate competition, monitor competitors' activities and market trends, and translating consumer attitudes into new branding directions.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing communications, sales, and other departments.

In addition, the Brand Manager will be responsible for coordinating and aligning brand strategy with the corporate marketing plan, monitoring and planning product launches, and evaluating and analyzing program results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, influencing and negotiation abilities, and a business-oriented mindset.


About You
  • At least 8 full years of marketing/brand building experience in FMCG products
  • Education: MBA in Marketing preferred
  • Languages: English & Arabic are required
  • Computer Skills: MS Office
