Job Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  2. Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory, including existing and new accounts.
  3. Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate and amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  4. Study existing and potential sales prospects by maintaining detailed reports and datasheets.
  5. Interact with customers to promote product offerings and increase brand awareness through meetings and calls.
  6. Utilize various promotional channels such as traditional marketing, social media, and email marketing to advertise the company's products.
  7. Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits.
  8. Compile, verify, and organize information to prepare data for computer entry.
  9. Gather and input data into the database, ensuring accuracy of valuable company information.
  10. Review data for errors or redundancies, make necessary corrections, and check outputs.
  11. Research necessary information to complete documents with minimal oversight.
  12. Generate reports, store outputs in the database, and perform regular backups.
  13. This role requires proficiency in document creation, data sorting, and extracting useful information from large data sets. Expertise in Microsoft Office Excel (formulas, editing, design) is essential. The position supports company operations and requires a detail-oriented approach.
  14. The position includes a 3-month probation period to assess performance and suitability.
  15. Post-probation, a transportation allowance will be provided.
  16. Working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm (Sunday – Thursday) and 7 am to 12 pm (Saturday), with a regular Saturday off every three weeks.
Skills
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Proficiency in creating sales records, engaging with clients, and developing accurate reports.
  • Excellent soft skills with a strong understanding of sales principles and values.
  • Ability to prioritize targets according to company requirements.
  • Skill in dealing with clients and presenting product data effectively to generate leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Adept in Excel functions for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
  • Fast learner with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
