Brand Strategist Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to lead the development of brand communication, direction, and strategies that effectively reflect our brand objectives.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and influencing skills to develop and execute product/brand marketing programs, build brand awareness, and increase sales.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing brand strategies based on consumer insights from research and trackers for both local and international markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand communication plans that effectively reflect the brand's overall strategy.
  • Provide brand direction to various departments, including marketing communications, sales, and product development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors' activities, and consumer attitudes to inform brand strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with corporate marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage advertising and promotional programs, pricing, positioning, and packaging.
Required Qualifications:
  • MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing and brand building, preferably in FMCG products.
Desirable Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand building elements.
  • Excellent analytical, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
