Objective

Individually contributes to achieving the department's short-term objectives through front-line showroom selling, delivering high-end customer service, and in-store merchandising in line with brand and division requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
  • Interact with external walk-in customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
  • Collect customer data.
  • Identify sales process improvement opportunities and provide information to higher management to facilitate change or improvement.

Operations

  • Responsible for stock management and outlet materials.
  • Maintain stock in good condition (e.g., clean and properly stored price tags).
  • Register sales (cash and credit sales).
  • Handle daily sales collections.
  • Participate in stock auditing with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure safety and security of products at all times.
  • Arrange and maintain product displays.
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
  • Create presentations of company products and services for current and potential clients.
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports (e.g., daily sales, non-moving products).
  • Develop and maintain the customer database.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Certificate in selling skills is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in camera retail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
