Marketing Director Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving brand awareness, occupancy, and revenue through integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through creative storytelling and compelling content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted promotions and events.
  • Manage media relations and PR activities to secure maximum coverage.
  • Oversee content creation, online reputation management, and guest engagement across all major platforms.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and KPIs to drive ROI and optimization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role within the hospitality industry.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand integrity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools is an asset.
