Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Engineer responsible for new product introduction, process improvement, and cost reduction. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Capacity planning and analysis
  2. Time study with standard methods
  3. Value stream design and mapping
  4. Continual reduction of manufacturing costs
  5. Application of LEAN principles and conducting regular LEAN training

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and improve production lines, including layout, workstation design, and headcount planning.
  • Draft and update SOPs and conduct relevant operator training.
  • Design and manage production jigs and tools.
  • Support daily production operations and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, 5S, and business standards.
  • Assist R&D with new production introductions.
  • Support production investment planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field, with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of processing and assembly techniques.
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies.
  • Understanding of IE concepts such as Ergonomics, MSD, SOS, and WCT.
  • Knowledge of project management, production, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing skills.
