Night Shift Drilling Supervisor

We are looking for a Night Shift Drilling Supervisor to oversee the operation of 2500HP and above land rigs during night shifts.

  • You will be responsible for directing and controlling all operational functions of the rig while on tour, ensuring the safety of personnel and operations by adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices.
  • Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating drilling activities, including well control and maintenance, monitoring and managing the rig crew to ensure efficient and effective operations, conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks, and collaborating with other rig personnel to optimize drilling performance.
  • The ideal candidate will also maintain accurate records and reports of all rig activities, participate in emergency response procedures and drills as needed, and possess a valid Well Control certification.
