Our company requires experienced Drillers with expertise in 3000HP deep drilling land rig operations for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:- Operating and supervising drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to guarantee safe and efficient drilling operations.
- Monitoring and adjusting drilling parameters to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety throughout all drilling activities.
- Closely collaborating with the drilling team to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
- Completing daily drilling reports and maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
- Ensuring proper equipment maintenance and reporting any maintenance requirements promptly.
- Providing guidance and support to junior members of the drilling team.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
- Experience in operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.
- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
- Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
- A willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.
- Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
- Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
