Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received through various channels. Identify guest needs and determine the most suitable room type based on availability and rate. Explain hotel policies, including guarantee, special rates, and cancellation procedures, to guests. Accommodate and document special requests, answer questions about hotel facilities and services, and provide information about room accommodations. Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue and efficiently manage the reservation system.
