We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. As an Arab national with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers via phone or other communication channels.
- Maintaining a positive and polite attitude, even in challenging situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
