Supply Chain Professional

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Professional to oversee and manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Senior Supply Chain Officer will coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment, resolve issues or discrepancies, and support customers throughout the order lifecycle.

  • Initiate PO process by requesting Proforma Invoice from the vendor, create PO in SAP after reconciliation.
  • Follow up internally to ensure PO is fully released in the system.
  • Communicate released PO details with the vendor and obtain acknowledgment of initial readiness.
  • Coordinate with the vendor until shipment readiness is confirmed.
  • Nominate freight forwarder after analyzing tendering process.
  • Pre-shipment follow-ups with vendors and forwarders to ensure proper shipment management.
  • Create shipments in SAP system: inbound creation, shipment creation, and cost creation.
  • Manage SABER documentation process for KSA shipments.
  • Post-shipment follow-ups to collect original shipment documents for customs clearance.
  • Track shipments and update events in SAP (ETD/ETA/ATP, etc.).
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies (excess/shortage).
  • Address commercial invoice variances.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • SAP knowledge.
