Butler Extraordinaire: Delivering Unparalleled Guest Experiences

As a Personalized Guest Experience Butler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and brand standards. Your responsibilities will include pre-arrival to post-stay arrangements, ensuring every aspect of our guests' experience is tailored to their needs.
The Role:
You will be communicating with guests regarding requests or preferences before, during, and after their stays. You will attend department meetings to communicate pertinent information and assist with activities. You will participate in training sessions and perform related duties and projects. You will manage and exceed guest expectations by handling and reporting guest complaints to the shift supervisor. You will coordinate with Private Dining to ensure amenities and guest preferences are met flawlessly. You will upsell hotel products and facilities. You will greet repeat and long-stay guests regularly and update their profiles. You will provide in-room check-ins and orientations for guest comfort. You will ensure smooth handover of daily activities to the next shift. You will provide additional services like laundry, packing, and shoe shining, considering guest preferences. You will offer professional and friendly greetings and engaging service. You will assist guests with food and beverage menu inquiries. You will follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards. You will adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum 2 years of Butler experience in a luxury environment. Strong communication skills are essential. You must be able to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. You must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
