You will create bespoke experiences that become treasured memories, ensuring every last detail is accounted for from reservation to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly and engaging service to guests
  • Offer exceptional Concierge information on local attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets and other services
  • Assist with pre-arrival, arrival and departure preparations for all guests
  • Oversee room assignments for incoming guests
  • Maintain strong guest relationships to ensure loyalty
  • Develop and maintain contacts with business partners, concessionaires, local community and counterparts throughout the organization
  • Inform and assist guests regarding hotel facilities
  • Address guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying relevant departments
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Comply with safety policies


Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will possess previous Property Management System experience, customer service related experience, and computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications. A university/college degree in a related discipline is an asset. Your professional presentation, outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential. Additionally, you must be highly responsible, reliable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
