Position Description

The Duty Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring outstanding service standards at our hotel. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the front desk and resolving guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating services and special facilities for long-stay guests, including monitoring their stay and providing personalized support as needed
  • Staying current with all hotel products, services, policies, and emergency procedures to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction reports and implementing actions to improve results
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety and security procedures
  • Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability in a tight market sector
  • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property
