Job Description

Five Rivers Services is seeking a skilled Service Desk Administrator to join our team in Kuwait. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service desk support, responding to and resolving computer, printer, and network issues
  • Interface with site Information Management Officers (IMO) to ensure efficient use of Service Desk resources
  • Assist IMO with daily functions of computer, network, and software management for the site and all users
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or Remedy call management software
  • Manage trouble tickets and log incidents using Remedy
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Microsoft OS, network services, and authorized software
  • Comply with security protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in a service desk/help desk environment
  • Valid U.S. passport and ability to obtain and maintain an International Driver's Permit (IDP)
  • U.S. driver's license and ability to pass a police clearance check and medical qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Current and future vaccination requirements for infectious diseases such as COVID-19
