Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute all directional drilling and LWD activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.", "
  • Manage drilling operations, including personnel, equipment, and logistics, to ensure efficiency and safety.", "
  • Provide technical expertise on directional drilling techniques, wellbore positioning, and LWD operations.", "
  • Monitor and analyze drilling performance metrics, including real-time LWD data, to optimize well placement and reduce non-productive time.", "
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.", "
  • Collaborate with engineers and field personnel to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.", "
  • Train and mentor drilling and LWD staff to enhance technical capabilities and operational efficiency.", "
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.", "
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.", "
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.", "
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to secure new projects.", "
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and branding initiatives.", "
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to enhance brand visibility.", "
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.", "
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in directional drilling, LWD operations and business development in the oil and gas industry.", "
  • Full proficiency of Arabic language is a must.", "
  • Strong understanding of directional drilling techniques, well planning, and LWD data interpretation.", "
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.", "
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.", "
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.", "
  • Proficiency in drilling and LWD software and business development tools.", "
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.", "
  • Knowledge of latest industry technologies and drilling methodologies.", "
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.", "
  • Experience in contract negotiation and financial planning.", "
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the oil and gas sector.
