We are seeking highly skilled professionals with experience in senior drilling operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control all operational functions of the rig, including drilling, movement, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
  • Oversee the work of toolpushers on both day and night shifts, ensuring consistency in operations and safety practices.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and the management, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, maintenance, and safety, to ensure that all aspects of the drilling operation are aligned and supported.
  • Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a senior toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
  • A valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) is mandatory.
  • The candidate must possess safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • The candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols is a must.
