Job Title: Drilling Operations Specialist

We are seeking experienced drilling professionals to oversee and operate 3000HP deep drilling land rigs in a challenging onshore environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drilling Operations: Operate advanced drilling equipment, monitor parameters, and troubleshoot issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to strict safety guidelines and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the drilling team to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
  • Reporting and Maintenance: Complete daily reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Driller with experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong commitment to safety, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to lead by example.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Mechanical aptitude and good understanding of drilling equipment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.
  • Certifications: Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
