Chemical Sales Development Specialist

As a Trade Sales Expert, you will play a critical role in executing our local strategy and supporting our sales teams in Kuwait. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans and forecasts for the trade segment, improving sales approaches with trade partners' sales staff, and expanding our network of valuable customers.
The scope of this role covers tasks such as ensuring availability of sales tools in our shops, implementing activities related to shop openings, and handling customer enquiries effectively. You will also be responsible for training and coaching the Trade Partner's sales forces, growing the customer database of distributors in assigned areas, and updating CRM on contacts/cases/activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years experience in a retail environment. Familiarity with Sales Systems, superior problem-solving skills, ability to resolve operational challenges, and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Self-motivation, a service-oriented mindset, and a customer-focused approach are also crucial.
