Lubricants Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lubricants sales specialist to join our team in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their sales career to the next level.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling fleet/dealer (B2B) sales channels, preparing visit plans based on budget and channel-wise sales targets for assigned territories, and maintaining professional relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare visit plans as per budget and channel-wise sales targets for assigned territories
- Maintain professional engagements and engineering services with key clients (K-companies, Oil & Gas, Industrial Sector, Ministries)
- Actively engage with e-learning platforms of Exxon Mobil
- Handle fleet/dealer (B2B) sales channels
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' related local market experience preferably in lubricants sales
- University Graduate (preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineer)/Technical Diploma
- Excellent selling techniques and negotiation skills
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (read, write, and speak)
- Valid Kuwait driver's license and transferable visa #18
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of KWD 3,500 - KWD 4,200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
