About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facility and Admin Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating documents and gathering data related to administrative support duties for a team or department.

Responsibilities include creating a pool of compliant and cost-effective facilities vendors to meet branch requirements, ensuring facility suppliers adhere to safety standards at the workplace, and collaborating with the centralised IT team to resolve technical infrastructure issues for the site.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine to complex information requests. They will also gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents and office systems.

  • Create a pool of compliant and cost-effective facilities vendors to meet branch requirements.
  • Ensure facility suppliers adhere to safety standards at the workplace.
  • Collaborate with the centralised IT team to resolve technical infrastructure issues for the site.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in similar roles such as Admin, PA or Office manager.
  3. Understanding of facility management, purchasing, and office administration.
