  • Manage administrative tasks, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inspect company buildings and assets monthly and submit detailed reports to management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements; arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g., AC/Heating, alarms, security cameras).
  • Inspect rooms, furniture, and vehicles to identify repair or renovation needs.
  • Oversee office security systems, including access control, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment, ensuring all security protocols are followed and updated.
  • Ensure FHC equipment is serviced and inspected annually as per expiry dates.
  • Handle budgeting and financial planning for office expenses.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available and restocked monthly.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms; design and manage cleaning and disinfection schedules for buildings and warehouses.
  • Maintain updated records of invoices from external partners (e.g., suppliers, insurance agents, security services).
  • Research new services and appliances to improve facilities operations.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in administrative or facilities management roles.
