**About the Role**

We are looking for a dedicated Instructional Coach to join our team at Teach Away Inc. in Kuwait.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective instructional strategies, analyze data to inform instruction, and support the growth of our international school community.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Foster professional learning communities among teachers.
  • Develop and implement research-based instructional strategies to enhance student achievement.
  • Use formative assessment data to drive instruction and improve teaching practices.

What We're Looking For**

  • Teaching Credential/License
  • Degree relevant to the teaching subject
  • Desirable: International teaching experience, experience teaching in the American school system, and Reading specialist (K-5) certification.
