Job Description

As a Strategic Performance Management Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining an updated knowledge of performance management related subjects, leading and monitoring the performance management cycle, managing the administration of calculations, and providing quarterly feedback and reports to major stakeholders.

You will develop communication plans for mid-year reviews and year-end reviews, ensure objectives, KPIs, and scorecards are properly set and cascaded, complete mid-year and year-end reviews as per agreed plans, finalize rating distributions according to Company forced distribution, and support HR leadership in HR budget planning and management.

In addition, you will administer salary plan cycles, bonuses, and provide analyses for needed data, oversee communication of bonus and status change letters, recommend improvements for performance management, manage projects focused on improving HR and performance management systems, ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR reports, and automate HR processes and procedures.

You will also collect and evaluate benchmarking survey results to ensure Ooredoo's long and short-term compensation programs are current and competitive, provide recommendations accordingly, update compensation and benefits processes and procedures to ensure fair and equitable pay rates among Ooredoo employees, review and recommend job offers compensation for new hires, process annual air ticket payments for eligible employees, create and organize periodical reward ceremonies to recognize outstanding employees, and design, generate, and update reports for the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

They will also have experience with performance management software, analytical tools, and reporting systems, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
