Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional manner, recording all interactions as per procedure.
- Ensure the accuracy of guest credit, billing, and financial transactions.
- Provide daily reports for all departments, maintaining data integrity across all systems.
- Manage night reception tasks, adhering to established protocols.
- Quote guests accurately based on selling strategies and website rates.
- Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor guest areas to minimize security incidents.
- Report maintenance issues to the relevant department and verify completion of work.
- Maintain public and back-of-house areas, correcting deficiencies immediately.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the Reception desk is clean and presentable at all times.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English, with any additional languages being an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar quality hotel.
- Social Skills: Friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operational activities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Decision Making: Strong decision-making abilities and ability to work long hours.
