In this exciting role as a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the key to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth and professional check-in/check-out process, adhering to the highest standards of service excellence.
  2. Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently using Opera PMS, leveraging your technical expertise and attention to detail.
  3. Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions, highlighting your knowledge and communication skills.
  4. Manage phone calls, emails, and guest concerns with a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations, demonstrating your teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ensure all front office procedures follow hotel standards and brand guidelines, maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in a 5-star hotel front office or guest relations role is essential, as it demonstrates your understanding of luxury hospitality and high-end service standards.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory, showcasing your technical skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role, as they enable you to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage, but English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude are essential for providing a warm welcome and exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, is necessary for meeting the demands of a busy hotel environment.
