Senior Project Controls Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior project controls specialists, developing and implementing project controls systems, processes, and tools, and monitoring and reporting on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor junior project controls specialists.
  • Develop and implement project controls systems, processes, and tools.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective action where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements and expectations.


Requirements:
  • Advanced qualifications, such as a postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience working in project controls, preferably within the oil and gas industry, with a strong track record of leadership and mentoring.
  • Expertise in project controls systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to develop and implement new solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
