Growth Marketing Manager

  • We're looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to lead our growth marketing efforts. If you have a passion for performance marketing, user acquisition, and building scalable growth systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Select optimal targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Set and manage budgets, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize.

Drive Platform Growth:

  • Optimize for customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Attract high-quality, qualified users and serious buyers.

Develop Retention & Engagement Systems:

  • Design and execute email and push notification campaigns.
  • Build segmented user lists to drive re-engagement and platform usage.

Collaborate Across Teams:

  • Work with agencies on ad creatives and messaging.
  • Partner with the product team to improve onboarding, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Coordinate with PR to align growth efforts with product and brand launches.
  • Present weekly performance and growth updates to leadership.
  • Oversee freelancers and external partners (e.g., SEO writers, landing page developers).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
  • Strong grasp of SEO strategy.
  • Hands-on with CRM platforms, email & push campaigns.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, funnels, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to define, track, and report on performance metrics and growth KPIs.
