Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketer who can drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's financial success. They will lead the development of innovative marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and effective collaboration with other departments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to generate aggressive revenue growth;
  • Forecast potential revenue streams using market trends and customer behavior analysis;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and services that meet customer needs;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and enhance conversion rates;
  • Develop and execute loyalty programs to retain clients and encourage repeat business;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Maintain a unique value proposition to differentiate from competitors and enhance brand equity;
  • Leverage market research for competitive pricing and promotions;
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI);
  • Stay informed about industry innovations and respond swiftly to market changes and opportunities;
  • Incorporate customer feedback into product development and service enhancement;
  • Develop digital marketing initiatives in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing;

Requirements:

  • Masters in Marketing or a related field;
  • Proven leadership experience in a market-leading organization with at least 500 employees;
  • Understanding of financial services operations and regulations is an asset;
  • Adaptability, results orientation, and openness to change are essential qualities;
  • Kuwaiti nationals are preferred but not mandatory;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
