HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies for its Aesthetic Injectables products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Market research: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  2. Sales strategy development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  3. Schedule appointments and meet existing and new customers to promote Imdad's product and determine other opportunities through the effective use of the company's sales aids and marketing data.
  4. Provide adequate information about new clinics/medical centers, in terms of enlisting and purchasing relevant aesthetic products, working physicians, relevant competitor products and activities, and update the customer's database with proper contact details.
  5. Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor's activities/events, and competitor's pricing changes and commercial policies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or any scientific related degree.
  2. 3-5 years' experience in a medical related field, of which a minimum of 3 years in aesthetic injectables.
  3. Previous experience in the fillers market in terms of technical understanding and geography.
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
  5. Bilingual (Arabic and English) is a must.
