We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand personal Book of Business (BOB) by implementing company commercial strategies and products.
- Deliver significant P&L contributions within the Branch by controlling margins within its own BOB.
- Utilize strong communication skills and Freight Forwarding operational experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Proven track record in sales field with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Freight Forwarding – Solid working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Execution Sales Skills – Ability to research, identify, tackle, grow and close business opportunities ensuring needed support from product and operations.
- Agile Skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines.
- Computer Skills - Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Communication – Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors.
