Luxury Gifting and Corporate Sales Executive

About the Job
This Business Development Manager position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving business growth, expanding market presence, enhancing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury retail and gifting industry, a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2B business development, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets and build corporate portfolios.
Main Tasks
- Develop Business Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive business growth strategy to expand corporate and wholesale sales.
- Implement effective tactics to achieve strategic objectives.
- Foster deep, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and negotiate partnerships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive business growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in premium retail, gifting, F&B, or hospitality, is essential. A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and building corporate portfolios is also required. Experience working with luxury brands or high-end clientele is strongly preferred.
Essential Skills
You should possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is also necessary. Strong relationship-building skills with refined communication skills are essential.
