About the Role

At ALTAWAZON For General Contracting, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Construction Industry Project Lead. This key role demands a strong leader with extensive experience in project and construction planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • C coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Manage procurement processes, including selecting and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
