Job Summary

The In-house Search Lead will lead the development of search strategies and execution plans to attract and hire top talent. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as expertise in sourcing and recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing search strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive hiring outcomes
  • Conducting competency-based interviews and providing actionable feedback
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform hiring decisions and process improvements

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in headhunting or in-house search
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn talent modules and other recruitment tools
  • Academic background in Psychology or a related field
