Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaigns.
  • Design targeted campaigns that balance customer relevance with brand storytelling.
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI, using insights to refine segmentation, messaging, and timing.
Loyalty Program Leadership:
  • Develop and evolve the loyalty strategy to deepen customer engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty benefits seamlessly into the customer journey.
  • Track loyalty KPIs and identify opportunities for gamification or tiered rewards.
Creative Excellence & Brand Alignment:
  • Brief agencies on brand tonality, ensuring creatives reflect the brand voice.
  • Build a library of modular creative assets for rapid campaign deployment.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to inform strategy.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategy.
