We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive world-class service, support, and solutions.

  • Assist the Senior Manager to provide expert direction and guidance on customer experience activities.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive brand loyalty and sales by presenting an outstanding store environment.
  • Ensure timely placement of products and services.
  • Participate in regional work-through sessions and share learning outcomes within the retail teams.
  • Map merchandising flow and partner with stakeholders to implement product merchandising, decision support, marketing, and promotional strategies.
  • Assist the Customer Experience team in delivering world-class customer service by leveraging effective sales techniques and merchandising standards.
  • Maintain performance management records and ensure fairness and consistency of approach and administration.
  • Promote innovation within the customer experience team to improve operational effectiveness and uncover new sales generation opportunities.
  • Launch and evaluate new programs and initiatives that impact business performance.

To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • A minimum of two years of experience.
