Job Overview

The Reservation Agent role is responsible for handling all reservations-related tasks, including taking calls, making outbound calls, and engaging with guests via email and website chat.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent listening skills, be computer literate, and have knowledge of reservation systems such as Micros Opera.

You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, manage guest correspondence, and respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.

Furthermore, you will be required to evaluate the reservation logbook daily and provide updates on a regular basis.

This role also demands attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take reservations over the phone, by email, or through online channels
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with guests and ensure their satisfaction
  • Engage with guests via email and website chat to address their queries and concerns
  • Manage guest correspondence and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Evaluate the reservation logbook daily and provide updates on a regular basis
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
Requirements
