Key Responsibilities:

- Route Planning and Execution: Ensure all merchandising routes under your supervision have up-to-date route plans in place to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Daily Reporting: Facilitate daily feedback from the team to sales supervisors regarding low stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and dumping occurrences.
- Planogram Implementation: Roll out planograms across all key customers to enhance retail visibility and sales performance.
- New Product Development: Manage new product listings and launches in key accounts to drive business growth.
- Promotion Utilization: Align promotion utilization with management direction and business needs to maximize returns on investment.
- Team Support: Provide support to merchandisers in their efforts to deliver results and meet sales targets.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Investigate and address non-compliance of products to company standards to maintain quality and integrity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and communicate weekly intelligent reports on time to inform strategic decisions.
- Visual Merchandising: Create attractive point-of-sale displays that are aesthetically pleasing, based on creativity, experience, observation, and company policy.
