Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Female Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to relevant departments or individuals.
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage appointment scheduling for staff, including meetings and events.
    • Assist with office correspondence, including sending, receiving, and distributing mail and packages.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff as needed.
    • Handle inquiries and resolve basic issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
    • Maintain the office calendar for meetings, events, and other appointments.
