Job Overview

The Business System Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive solutions within the Oracle Supply Chain Planning ecosystem. This position involves analyzing complex business requirements, optimizing supply chain processes, and implementing best-in-class solutions using Oracle Applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, extension, and enhancement of Oracle Supply Chain Planning modules (such as Demand Planning, Advanced Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management, and Procurement).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Promote and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in supply chain planning and operations.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with supply chain planning modules in Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Cloud Fusion applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting and collaborating with team members and stakeholders effectively at all levels.
