Merchandiser

Ecojob seeks a Product Display Specialist to oversee the purchase, display, and promotion of products in retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by strategically positioning products in-store and creating appealing displays.

  2. Supplier Partnerships: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable prices and terms.
  3. Product Planning: Plan product assortments and quantities based on sales data.
  4. Promotional Strategies: Develop promotional strategies to increase product visibility.
  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance to make recommendations for future merchandising plans.
  6. Staff Training: Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to make strategic decisions. A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field is required.
