IT Infrastructure Specialist

HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks.

1. Operating System Management: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
2. Server and Network Management: Set up and manage servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components to support business operations.
3. Security and Compliance: Configure system security settings and ensure compliance with company policies to protect sensitive data.
4. Active Directory and Group Policy: Manage Windows Active Directory and Group Policy services to provide secure access to users and resources.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability to minimize downtime.
6. Backup and Recovery: Perform regular system backups, updates, and patches to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
7. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
8. User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights according to best practices to ensure secure access.
9. Documentation and Inventory: Maintain system documentation and IT asset inventories to support incident response and problem resolution.
10. Incident Management: Manage and respond to incidents, including coordinating with other IT staff to address issues promptly.
11. Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to optimize system efficiency.
12. Automation: Automate routine tasks using scripting and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors.
13. Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical systems to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE) are a plus.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration role.
