Job Title:

Electronic Repair and Maintenance Lead

Job Description:

The Electronic Repair and Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of electronic equipment, providing guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards.

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic devices, including receivers, transmitters, circuit cards, telecommunications devices, telephones, teletypes, intrusion detection systems, and spectrometers.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight, job guidance, and assistance to junior C4I maintenance personnel assigned to the electronic integrated systems shop.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to develop training programs and resources to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a strong background in electronics repair and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance, with a focus on cryptographic devices and other sensitive equipment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing quality control procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
