We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our architecture team in the Payment/Fintech domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and recommend technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of architects, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to optimize technology investments and drive innovation.
  • Establish governance to ensure consistency, compliance, and risk management.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential business impact and recommend strategic adoption.
  • Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation to support decision-making.
  • Assess and manage risks related to architecture and technology investments, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, fostering collaboration across functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on designing, managing, and implementing EA and payment systems.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, regulations, fraud detection, and transaction monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of IT landscape, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, API integration, microservices, and security frameworks.
  • Enterprise Architecture Certifications: TOGAF, ZACHMAN, or Certified Business Architect (any one).
  • Additional certifications such as CBAP, IIBA Agile Business Analyst, PCI DSS, CISSP, or FinTech are advantageous.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Master's Degree in MSc/Information Technology or Information Systems preferred.

  • Ability to build networks, foster partnerships, and assess cultural fit.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Payment/Fintech domain and be able to lead architecture team to design and implement effective solutions.
