Responsibilities (Text Only)
  • You will drive positive Customer Satisfaction, become a trusted advisor, and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners. Act as the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers, and influence the solution roadmap.
  • You will develop an end-to-end value proposition for Security (e.g., Zero Trust), covering Microsoft Security offerings with a focus on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security. Support customers through the adoption lifecycle—planning, deployment, and optimization—while promoting the use of Microsoft security products. Lead technical solutioning and nurture customer relationships across their journey.
  • You will deliver technical presentations and demos, propose high-level solutions, and collaborate with Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption. Identify cross-sell, upsell, and unified opportunities through customer engagement.
  • Align your skills with team and Customer Success goals, accelerating customer outcomes. Share expertise, contribute to IP creation, and reuse to enhance customer success.
  • Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to develop implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments. Achieve consensus on solution design and define next steps toward production.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects, FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting to develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Security platform.
Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, architecture, or consulting.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Experience in a customer-facing role (internal or external).
  • Experience in Identity Management, specifically knowledge of EntraID.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with solid experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or software development/support.
  • Master's Degree in relevant fields with similar experience.
  • Experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) or security certifications.
