We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving financial performance, leading and motivating a diverse team, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with chefs and marketing on menu planning and promotions.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification, a minimum of 2 years in a similar managerial role in a 5-star luxury hotel, and at least 5 years of progressive Food and Beverage experience. You should also have strong financial acumen, proficiency in MS Office and Micros POS, excellent communication, leadership, and multicultural team management skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

  • Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and increasing profitability.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Jumeirah standards and values.

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational excellence across FOH and BOH areas.

  • Collaborate with chefs and marketing on menu planning, promotions, and guest feedback.

  • Organize and execute special events while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.

  • Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar managerial role in a 5-star luxury hotel.

  • At least 5 years of progressive Food and Beverage experience.

  • Key Competencies:

  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Micros POS.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multicultural team management skills.
